Dr. Moore hit a nerve while giving me a shot of Novacaine which felt like an electric bolt. When I told him about it he said that meant "he hit the right spot" and that it was "supposed to feel like that." He was angry and unprofessional. I've had many root canal over the years and never experienced such pain. Do not recommend.

I had to go there for an emergency root canal from my dentist of 20 years, even my own daughter works there as their hygienist, and they referred me to These guys, unfortunately I didn’t have $1912 for my emergency root canal, however, I offered to make a $200 a month payment to them they said no they told me I could fill out CareCredit at the time I did not qualify. Since then it’s been sent to my credit and now has affected my score, I had called back to see if I can make a settlement and they said no , I said well, can I do a monthly payment plan with you and I explained my situation to them, she, the office manager, had to call me back two days later just to tell me he said no thanks Doc. It’s not that I never wanted to pay this bill. They just wouldn’t let me pay the way I knew I could.

Dr Moore is amazing. He does a wonderful job and I don't have even one complaint about his work or his demeanor. His office staff, although friendly enough at the onset, are incompetent when it comes to insurance and will become hostile rather quickly when asked if your insurance was filed correctly. I had to pay for my initial visit in full, and then half of my procedure visit, all the while they didn't tell me that they hadn't been hearing back from my insurance company. When I finally realized it (by calling my insurance company on a different matter) I called the lady at the office back to verify all of my insurance information. She had it wrong, understandably, since my insurance is Delta Dental of Michigan and they are used to dealing with Delta Dental of NC. I nicely told her that she had the code wrong and she got snippy with me and said, "Well, that's the same code I always use and I've never had a problem." So I nicely told her, "Well, you probably use DD of NC most of the time. Ours is Michigan." Silence. Finally she said, "I have the Michigan code as DDPM." I said, "There's an I at the end of it on my insurance card." Silence. Finally she said, "Ok. I'll resend it." I s

Dr Moores office was very friendly and professional. They have modern equipment to make the procedure go quickly and efficiently. Very clean office. Highly recommend this office if you need a root canal.
